An Aurora AI data center buildout is new, purpose-built compute capacity that Aurora engineers to your specification, constructs, and then operates. You tell us the region, the scale, and the power envelope. We design the facility around high-density NVIDIA GPU systems, source the hardware through our direct OEM channel, build to spec, and run it for you under a 99.9% uptime SLA with 24×7 managed operations.

How long does an AI data center buildout take? A managed GPU cluster deploys in weeks. A full bespoke data center buildout is a larger engagement and runs longer, because it includes site, power, cooling, and facility construction. We give a committed timeline during the scope phase.
How is this different from GPU Clusters?

Data Centers build new capacity to your spec (bespoke, larger, longer). Aurora GPU Clusters deploy a managed cluster into ready capacity (turnkey, weeks). See the comparison above or GPU Clusters →.

What scale can Aurora build? MW-scale power and 10,000+ nodes per deployment, engineered to your capacity roadmap.
Which GPUs are available? Currently B200, B300, and GB300 NVL72. We add platforms as customer demand warrants.
Where can you build? Available across North America, Europe, the Nordics, the Middle East, and APAC, with in-region residency by default.
Do you support sovereign and air-gapped deployments?

Yes. In-region residency, sovereign configurations, and air-gap for qualifying workloads.

Who operates the data center after it is built? Your call. Aurora can operate it end to end, co-operate it with your team, or turn it over to you at handoff. Managed operation runs under a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Can Aurora host or colocate our hardware? Yes. AI colocation and GPU colocation are available in Aurora-built, Aurora-operated facilities, including hyperscaler-migration and operator-hosted arrangements.
